The Adeunis field tester transmits GPS coordinates time-controlled or at the push of a button and thus enables an estimation of the range and coverage quality of one's own network. The large, easy-to-read display provides the most important information at a glance and is an indispensable tool for setting up and operating a LoRaWAN network. The device connects to the LoRaWAN network via OTAA and sends and receives messages via LoRaWAN. The field tester transmits its messages with different spreading factors and thus checks which transmission mode is best suited for a specific location. Through the illuminated display, the reception strength of the downlink message from the server is available directly on site, but in addition, this value is also transmitted and is thus available for later evaluation. The internal battery can be charged via a micro USB socket and configuration parameters can be changed. The LoRaWAN keys are included with the device in printed form.
